In pursuance of the orders issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the reference 1st read above, the Seniority List communicated in the reference 8th & 9th read above and the approval of the names of the Lecturers of Government Degree Colleges by the Departmental Promotion Committee in the reference 13th read above, as per the orders issued by the Govt. in the reference 15th read above and subsequently option exercised in the reference 16th read above by Sri/Smt Dr. P Bharathi, Lecturer in Botany, VSK Government Degree College, Visakhapatnam is hereby temporarily promoted as Principal, Government Degree College in the A.P.C.E.S on ADHOC BASIS, and under Rule 10 (a) of the A.P.State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules, 1996, with immediate effect and posted as Principal,Government Degree College, Chodavaram, Vishakapatnam District, in the existing vacancy at his/her request.

The promotion as Principal of Government Degree College is subject to the outcome of the O.As / Writ Petitions if any pending in the Hon’ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal and Hon’ble High Court of A.P., as the case may be and also subject to the outcome of the SLP. No. 11029/2005 filed against the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of A.P. 3) The lecturer under orders of promotion as Principal of Government Degree College is informed that as per Rule 11 (b) of A.P.
