1. SWRGDC, Budhira, Medak District (Students from the districts: Adilabad, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Warangal, Khammam, Medak, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda, Rangareddy & Hyderabad are eligible for admission)
2. SWRGDC, Kalikiri, Chittoor district (Students from the Districts: Ananthapur,Chittoor, Kadapa and Kurnool are eligible for admission)
3. SWRGDC, Vijayawada, Krishna district (Students from the Districts: Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Vishakapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore are eligible for admission)

I. General Instructions:
1) B.Com (Honors) course (3-Years) is offered for the Academic year-3013-14. Total number of Seats: 40
2) Medium of Instruction is English.
3) All candidates seeking admission to SWRGDCs are required to apply in the prescribed form which can be downloaded from website www.apcce.gov.in
4) The filled in applications have to be submitted in Govt. ID College of their respective district.(List Enclosed)
5) 75% seats will be reserved for SC, 12% for BC ( C), 6% for ST, 3% for physically challenged, 2% for BC (A,B,D, E) and 2% for Economically Backward Classes’ (EBC-open category) students.
II. Eligibility:
1) The Candidates seeking admission must have passed Intermediate (10 + 2) or equivalent examination.
2) The mode of admission is as per the merit list prepared on the basis of weightage
a. Screening Test - 30%
b. Marks in qualifying examination (intermediate) - 70%
3) Merit list of all the eligible candidates is prepared on the basis of score obtained in Screening Test and Marks of qualifying examination. Accordingly, students are admitted as per the quota of seats allocated.
III. Screening Test:
1) The Screening Test will be conducted to test the candidates’ proficiency in
a. English Language
b. General Awareness
c. Aptitude
d. Reasoning skills.
2) Test will be for 30 Marks for 60 objective/Multiple choice type questions and each question carries ½ mark and duration of the test will be one hour.
3) The candidates should score at least 35% in the Screening Test to be considered for Merit list.
4) The Screening Test will be held at the following nine (9) places in Govt., ID Colleges.
a. Visakhapatnam (VSK Govt., Degree College for Men)
b. Vijayawada (SRR CVR Govt., College)
c. Nellore (D.K.W Govt., College for Women, Nellore)
d. Chittoor (PVKN Govt., Degree College, Chittoor)
e. Kurnool (KVR Degree College for Women)
f. Sangareddy (Tara Govt., College), Medak District
g. Warangal (Kakatiya Degree College, Warangal)
h. Nizamabad (Giriraj Govt., Degree College Nizamabad)
i. Hyderabad (Govt., City College , Hyderabad)
IV. Admission :
1) Intake into 3-year B.Com (Honors) Course will be 40 students out of which 60% seats will be allotted for students who studied commerce at intermediate level and 40% seats open to general.
2) Candidates shall produce the original Certificates/Provisional Certificates and mark sheets and their attested copies at the time of joining the College.
3) After allotment of seat, the candidate must join the College within one week from the date of declaration of results, failing which his admission stands cancelled and the seat may be allotted to next candidate in the merit list.
V. Hostel Admission:
1) All the candidates, who secure admission, are provided with Hostel accommodation, boarding and other facilities. All students admitted shall stay in the Hostel.
